Changes to exam locations

Students enrolled in an off-campus unit which has an exam must review their examination location requirements and inform the University of any change required at least 4 weeks prior to commencement of the exam period.

Changes to examination location are subject to certain fees and timelines.

  • Up to 4 weeks prior to examination period - no penalty will apply.
  • Between 2 and 4 weeks prior to examination period - a fee of between $50.00 and $200.00 will apply. Fees are outlined in the current Student Fees and Charges Booklet
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to examination period - no change is permitted under any circumstances.

Students who are unable to sit their examination at the prescribed time and place may choose to seek Special Consideration in Assessment through their Unit Chair or nominated Faculty Officer.
