Fee refunds for continuing international students

International Tuition Fee Refunds 2012/13

For those continuing international students who have withdrawn after having paid their fees, the refund policy allows-

• 100% if withdrawal from the unit(s) is prior to the start of the third week of the trimester;
• 50% if withdrawal from the unit(s) is between the start of the third week and the census date for the unit(s); and
• no refund if withdrawal from the unit(s) is after census date.

For those withdrawing having not paid their fees-

• their enrolment will be terminated for non-payment of fees, but they will not incur a debt of 50% of tuition fees.

Fee refunds will be given for withdrawal from the course or from units as per the table below:

Semester teaching periods

Residential teaching periods

Higher Degree by Research teaching periods
