Testamurs are distributed to students at the time of graduation.
Should it be required, a replacement of your testamur can be obtained.
Lost or stolen - Replacement testamurs can be obtained by supplying a statutory declaration together with your request for a replacement testamur, you should include your full name, date of birth, the name of the award obtained, your current postal address, contact phone number/s and your student number (if known). You should also include a payment of $60.00 for this service.
Damaged testamurs - Replacement for damaged testamurs can be obtained by submitting a request to the Graduations Office and the return of the damaged testamur. You should include your current postal address, contact phone number(s) and student number (if known). You should also include a payment of $60.00 for this service.
Name change request - If you require a replacement testamur to reflect a change of name, you should return your previous testamur together with a certified copy of legal documentation proving change of name, your current postal address, contact phone number/s and student number (if known). You should also include a payment of $60.00 for this service.

All students will receive one original transcript free-of-charge when deemed eligible to receive their award.

First Original - $20.00
Additional originals produced in the same run as the first - $5.00
Search charge for transcripts issued prior to 1979 (Geelong), 1985 (Melbourne), 1987 (Warrnambool) $40.00
Special transcript fee - $40.00
