The Harold Carroll Memorial Scholarship

The Harold Carroll Memorial Scholarship, which was established by the late Harold Carroll in 2003, is specifically for students from the Western District of Victoria with financially disadvantaged background. This scholarship aims to provide assistance to enable students to undertake studies at tertiary level.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Australian citizen or holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa
  • be enrolled full time in an undergraduate degree in a Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
  • be from the Western District of Victoria
  • have undertaken some part of your education at a school in the Western District of Victoria
  • able to demonstrate you are in receipt of a means-tested Centrelink benefit or have a personal or family taxable income below the HECS repayment threshold, depending on independence status.

Your application will be assessed and ranked based on the information you provide in your application and supporting documentation.
