Did you realise that you can access DSO from your smartphone or tablet? Your mobile device is a great way to view your study materials. However, at this stage, most interactive tools will not work on your mobile device: such as quizzes, joining groups or submitting an assignment to a dropbox.
When you login from your tablet or smartphone, the default view is Desire2Learn's "Mobile Web" which is optimised for mobile usage. It is not recommended that you use a desktop view on your mobile device as not all functionality works on a mobile.

| If you use Safari as your browser on the iPhone or iPad, you will automatically see the "Mobile Web" view. There are other browsers that you can configure to replicate a desktop view, but this is not recommended. |
Browsers on Android phones and tablets can be configured to behave like mobile or desktop browsers. Mobile view is recommended. |
Deakin does not recommend viewing DSO (D2L) in the "desktop version" on mobile or tablet devices. This Desktop Version is not supported.
