Sleep Seminar (B)
Did you know uni students have the most common sleep complaints? Difficulty falling asleep (18%), early morning awakening (13%), general sleep difficulties (12%), and difficulty staying asleep (9%).
This fun and interactive workshop will be conducted by Dr Stan Rodski, who will demonstrate how to deal with stress and insomnia. He uses the latest techniques in neuroscience to identify both physical and mental stress levels.
The workshop will include information on:
• Relaxation strategies: hypnosis, progressive muscle relaxation and controlled breathing.
• Skills training: problem solving strategies, social skills training, anger management, stress management (using HRV and Alpha wave technology).
