The University conducts formal quality reviews of organisational areas and other areas of activity to assure itself of:
Faculty, Institute and thematic reviews are conducted every seven years. Unscheduled reviews of any organisational area or matter may also be carried out at any time at the request of the Vice-Chancellor.
The process is used to identify areas of excellence, potential and opportunities for improvement.
The Review Procedure includes:

The procedure does not apply to evaluations conducted by Internal Audit or areas of the University as part of their own ongoing arrangements for ensuring continuous quality improvement.
The review schedule 2013 – 2025 (84 KB) sets out the projected cycle for Faculties, Institutes and Areas of Activity reviews. This schedule is subject to annual evaluation to ensure relevance and alignment to the University’s strategic agenda.
