Greg Wood is the Head of Warrnambool Campus, Vice-President (Enterprise)’s Office. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Deakin University. He is on the editorial advisory board of the European Business Review (Emerald). During the 1980s, he worked for a multinational energy and resources company in commercial management, management education and he opened up a green field site in the Northern Pacific. He has published in areas such as business ethics, cause-related marketing, consumer marketing, higher education management, human resource management, leadership, public sector management, services marketing, academic publishing/journals, and general marketing/management. His main focus for research is a multi nation research collaboration on codes of ethics in the top 500 companies in the private sector (already completed in Australia (x3), Canada (x2), Sweden (x2), Turkey, Taiwan, USA and in 2009 it is going into the UK, PRC, Norway and possibly Brazil). His main teaching research interests are in business ethics education and vexing question of whether a student should be seen as either a citizen or a customer of the university. |
