As a result of a poll for election to membership of the Faculty of Science and Technology Board to fill the position of undergraduate student representative, the following candidate has been declared duly elected:

The position will commence 1 January 2009 and expires on 31 December 2009.

DECLARATION OF CASUAL VACANCIES

There were no nominations received for the student membership vacancies on the Science and Technology Faculty Board. The following membership positions are declared casual vacancies:

• one member elected by and from the postgraduate coursework students
• one member elected by and from higher degree by research students.

Term of Office

The term of office for the vacant positions commence as soon as they are filled and expire on 31 December 2008.
