DUPPP funding allocation and monitoring

From 2011, the allocation of HEPPP funding for the DUPPP and reporting on funded activities will be coordinated centrally through the Equity and Diversity Unit.

The DUPPP identifies a number of activities that will be funded centrally from 2011-2013. Some of these will be funded by direct allocation from HEPPP funds. Funding for other activities will be contestable through the following process:

• Decisions regarding funding will be made by the Equity and Diversity Advisory Committee, chaired by the Vice-President (Enterprise and Engagement).

• Funding will be provided to implement activities in 2011, with decisions about additional funding for 2012-13 informed by the outcomes of programs evaluations.

• Evaluation reports on all activities will be reviewed annually by the Equity and Diversity Advisory Committee to inform the allocation of funding for the following year.

DUPPP Working Group

The DUPPP working group will provide an opportunity for all Program Managers of DUPPP funded projects to meet together on a regular basis to coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of the DUPPP.
