Community partners

The Equity and Diversity Unit manages a range of student access and equity programs designed to improve opportunities for students from rural, isolated and low socioeconomic backgrounds to access university education and achieve successful educational and employment outcomes.

We also provide disability services for students and staff through the Disability Resource Centre including production of course materials in accessible formats, sign interpreting, note-taking, assistive technology and information.

We work in partnership with a number of schools and community organisations to improve opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds to access and succeed in university.
