Working with students with disability

Disability Services can help

There are many students studying at Deakin who have a disability. From time to time, students may also experience health problems that affect their study. These may be short term or long term, intermittent or always present.

The Disability Services area of the Equity and Diversity Unit provides access to services and supports that assist students with disability or health conditions to make the most of their study.

We can provide you as a staff member with information and support on a range of issues related to working with students with disability. We also offer services for staff with disability.
