The Waterfront campus, originally built in 1893, has been redesigned and refurbished to create an impressive modern look while retaining its history as the hub of the Victorian wool industry. It overlooks Corio Bay and is only a short stroll away from cafe's, restaurants, walks and public arts located along the waterfront strip.
The campus has first class conference facilities, including the magnificent centrepiece, Costa Hall, which is known as Geelong's premier concert auditorium.
Geelong city is framed by water and has many historical, cultural and natural attractions. It is Victoria's second-largest city, with a population of approximately 250 000 residents. Access from Melbourne by road is a one hour drive along the Princes Highway. Hourly shuttles operate between Melbourne's Tullamarine airport and Geelong city. Access from Avalon airport is 20 minutes by road. An extensive rail network services Geelong city, linking it with Melbourne CBD and regional cities.
