Welcome to the official source of information for the 10th Biennial Value Management Conference, to be held in Geelong between November 4th and 5th, 2004.  

The Organising Committee, on behalf of the Institute of Value Management Australia, extends a warm invitation to you and your colleagues to attend the 10th Biennial VM conference in Geelong, Victoria, on the 4th and 5th of November 2004. 

This is the first time the conference has been held in Geelong and promises to be the major event of the 2004 calendar. The theme, “Optimising Innovation and Value, Value Management: Paving the Way for Australia’s Manufacturing, Services & Project Industries”, examines some of the principal issues surrounding the use of effective decision making and value optimising processes in our manufacturing, services and project industries who are facing the intense battle to maintain international competitiveness.
