Australia has a proud reputation for performing on the international stage in many professional and non-professional sports. This continued success is supported by a well organised sport business support system from peak government organisations such as the Australian Sports Commission, national, state and local sporting organisations for more than 90 sports, to the highly developed and professional sport enterprises such as the Australian Football League.
Sport is a big part of the Australian identity and a vibrant sport business system is a key to our sporting success. Graduates from our Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science/ Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) combined degree are finding employment in a diverse range of occupations such as:
- sport administration
- sport marketing
- sport management

Many of the sport occupations have professional associations that support the ongoing development of careers beyond university. Find out more about these professional associations.
