Capital Projects, Facilities Services

The Capital Projects group is responsible for new buildings, facilities and refurbishment projects, ensuring each is planned, designed and constructed to meet Deakin's long term needs. Services include:

• managing the briefing, design and delivery for any new building and major landscaping or refurbishment project
• managing smaller projects, such as the fit-out of new office areas, teaching spaces, food outlets or laboratories
• working closely with the other three teams to ensure it proactively anticipates changes to the built environment
