- I'm getting the following error message: FATAL ERROR The file X:\data\rdbms.csv does not exist, please contact your Administrator.
This error means that you have not mapped your X:\ Drive. For BIS to function, a drive map MUST be done
prior to using the program. This can be done by following these steps:
- Right click on the 'My Computer' Icon and choose 'Map Network Drive'.
- In the 'Drive' section, choose X:
- In the 'Path' section, type \\andromeda.its.deakin.edu.au\bis
- In the 'Connect As' section, type your username (email name)
- Tick the 'Reconnect at Logon Box' to make sure the connection is made permanent.
- Hit OK. You will then be displayed with a 'Enter Network Password' Box. Your username should already be
filled in the 'Connect As' section. Enter your ITS assigned password (the password you use to access email)
to make this connection and hit OK.
- Connect to BIS via the 'BIS v7' icon on your desktop.
