Business Planning and Analysis includes:

• Provision of financial advice and guidance to Faculty, Institute and other area Finance Staff regarding forecasts, budgets and financial reporting
• Production of the University annual operating and capital budgets including the three year financial plan
• Production and analysis of University management and committee reports
• Delivery of accurate University quarterly forecasts
• Budget 2011 timetable and guidelines pack
• Coordination of Strategic Growth and Operational Support contestable funds
• Financial advisory support to designated Senior Executives
• PowerBudget training
