Financial Resource Management

Financial Resources Management includes:

• Production of the University annual operating and capital budgets including the three year financial plan
• Framework and process for Faculty, Institute and Other Area budgets, forecasts and reporting
• Production and analysis of University management and committee reports
• Delivery of accurate monthly University forecasts
• Provision of financial advice and guidance to Faculty, Institute and Other Area finance staff regarding forecasts, budgets and financial reporting
• PowerBudget training
