Strategy

• Co-ordinates and plans the activities of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer in order to meet all monitoring and reporting responsibilities to the Vice-Chancellor, Council and Council committees and external agencies.
  
  
• Undertakes projects and develops position papers and reports.
  
  
• Co-ordinates the preparation of the CFO Group Operational Plan (88 KB) and Divisional Objectives of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer.
  
  
• Investigates and provides advice on a range of strategic matters.
  
  
• Facilitates the Project Management Methodology and Mini-Projects within the Financial and Business Services Division.
