The Division’s performance is measured across the four Key Result Areas as outlined in the Facilities Management Statement of Purpose.
Facilities Management is funded by the Chief Operating Officer with which a service level agreement is held, indicating the types of services that we provide and the standard to which we provide them. This agreement covers areas of the University which are centrally funded.

Additional funding for the Division is obtained through income defined in contracts for internal and external commercial entities.
