Deferring your offer
If you received a round 1 or round 2 offer, you can still defer your offer until 23 February 2012.
All deferrals will be approved for a maximum of 24 months. Further correspondence from Deakin will be sent in September 2012. To ensure you receive this correspondence, make sure that the University has your current postal and email addresses at all times.
Please note, Irregular Offers cannot be deferred.
If you are unsure about whether to defer your offer or participate in our gap-year program, speak to a Course Adviser. If you decide to defer your offer, you do not need to attend the Course Advice and Enrolment Session.
To defer, please complete the Deferral Form (134 KB) and submit to:
