How to enrol

When you have seen or spoken to a Course Adviser and know what to enrol in, you must enrol in your course via StudentConnect. At the top of each page within StudentConnect, there are links to frequently asked questions. Anything underlined on the system displays a screen containing relevant information or abbreviations when you click on it.

 If you feel you need further help, staff will be available in computer labs, or you can contact customer service.

Below are the main abbreviations used in StudentConnect:

G Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus 
S Geelong Waterfront Campus
W Warrnambool Campus
B Melbourne Burwood Campus
D On-campus, day unit
E On-campus, evening unit
X Off-campus unit
CBD Community based delivery unit (for students of the Institute of Koorie Education only)
ONLINE-D Online, day unit
ONLINE-X Online, off-campus unit
X-CBD Community based delivery, off campus unit (for students of the Institute of Koorie Education only)
2012/1 Indicates the course/unit is available in Trimester 1 2012
2012/2 Indicates the course/unit is available in Trimester 2 2012.
2012/3 Indicates the course/unit is available in Trimester 3 2012.
