Congratulations on securing your place at Deakin University. If you have received a VTAC offer you can download the Enrolling at Deakin 2009 booklet (5.2MB).
If you intend to take a year off from study, you will need to complete a Deferral of Offer form (34KB), this form can also be found in the Enrolling at Deakin 2009 Booklet (5.2MB) (page 38). Deferrals will only be granted for a maximum period of 12 months. Once you have submitted your form, you will receive confirmation of your deferral approval in late February.
If you have previously studied at a post-secondary institution and would like to have these studies considered for credit towards your Deakin degree, you will need to submit an Advanced Standing Request as well as submit the relevant information. If you are not sure whether you are eligible for advanced standing, visit Advanced Standing Information.
Applications for both on and off campus undergraduate courses are now open for 2009.

Applications for re-admission to Deakin University in Trimester 1 2009, for on and off campus undergraduate courses are now closed.
To apply for off-campus study in Trimester 1 2009 you must apply through VTAC.
Electronic documents submitted after your initial application must be sent via Submit-docs.
As part of the selection process, the University will consider your education history (secondary and post-secondary), grades achieved and work experience.
