Content

In this unit, students will share their individual ethnographic research articles through an e-live presentation that analyses and synthesises the work completed in the other three units in the Leadership of Teaching. Based on this shared knowledge, students will produce a portfolio that includes an analysis of their current leadership skills and a forward plan of the leadership skills they choose to focus on for their own professional learning and development.

Assessment

Task 1: 50% Presentation that creatively analyses and synthesizes the ethnographic research work of individual students.

 

Task 2: 50% Portfolio presentation of skill analysis and forward planning with regards to their personal aims in the area of leading teachers (Format to be negotiated).
