Content
In this unit students will gain skills in assessment of leadership, and identification of leadership development needs with particular focus on leadership coaching. They will also acquire skills in the use of tools to assess leadership behaviours and develop leadership competencies in individuals, teams and organisations. The completion of the course leads to accreditation in the use of Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire© (MLQ) tools (for leadership assessment and development).
Assessment
Assessment comprises of the completion of an audio taped "accommodation session" 30%, the establishment of a Learning Development Plan (up to 1500 words) 15%, simulated coaching 30%, reflective entries 25%
