Content

The unit provides the underlying concepts and purpose of commercial law. It covers the Australian legal system and the law relating to contract and negligence.

Assessment

Assessment 1 (Individual) - Multiple choice tests - 20%

Assessment 2 (Individual) - Essay (1500 words) - 20%

Examination: 2 hours - 60%

Hurdle requirement achieve at least 50% of the marks available on the examination.
