Content

Intrapersonal study is possibly the most challenging aspect of study that you can undertake, as it is a reflective practice of reviewing your own interpersonal skills with a view to developing a self-diagnosed strategy where improvement is desired. In the current environment, good intrapersonal skills are highly sought by employers, particularly those who are looking to achieve a strong competitive edge in the market place, where reflective practice and strong decision-making are critical for success. Intrapersonal skills provide the foundation for effective communication and active collaboration as they focus on understanding the capabilities of you as the individual, as well as how and what sort of strategies should be employed for improvement.
