Content
This unit is the capstone unit of the Management major. It serves to integrate students' knowledge of business and management gained through other units studied in the BCom. It includes an examination and application of the concepts, theories and tools of strategic management as they apply to both private and public sector organisations. The unit uses a virtual business simulation model to allow students gain hands-on practical experience with strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation.
