Content
This unit is designed to give students an integrated understanding of environmental sustainability issues as they relate to business management. The unit will provide managers with a conceptual framework for analysing and developing a strategic response to environmental issues and an understanding of the potential business case for sustainability. An integrated overview of human, business and ecological sustainability is presented during the course. Students will address a series of environmental issues and analyse case studies. A problem-based learning approach will guide students to examine critically current business principles and practices as they relate to environmental sustainability.
