Content
The unit consists of an individual project of suitable standard to enable students to develop skills in experimental research and/or the application of engineering design principles.
Assessment
Project proposal (including planning and safety documentation) 20%, oral presentation 20%, final year project 60%. To be eligible to obtain a pass in this unit students must achieve a minimum of 50% in the final year project report.
