Content
This unit exposes students to a range of professional skills and gives them an opportunity of experiencing them in an organisational setting. It presents a variety of contemporary practices used in the development and management of information technology systems. The unit covers business communication and documentation; team work; collaboration and negotiation. The unit also focuses on the impact of information technology on society, investigates ethical and professional issues and prepares students for work as IT professionals.
