Content
This unit provides an introduction to the form and function of animals and plants in marine and freshwater environments. Lectures and practical exercises are designed to help students develop an understanding of the basic structure of plants and animals and how these organisms adapt to the constantly changing marine, freshwater and estuarine environments.
Assessment
Two class tests (30% each) 60%, one practical report 40%
