Content
This unit explores the international context of sustainable design, with an emphasis on the Australian context of architecture, considered in relation to the cultural and climatic conditions of overseas sites. The commercial context of architectural design also forms the basis of design projects within the unit. These are considered in relation to the need to balance commercial factors within the context of positive contributions to the city.
