Content
The unit provides an overview of all the essential knowledge required to operate successfully as a Project Manager in the construction industry. It discusses the history of Project Management and the context of project management within the Australian construction industry. It discusses the lifecycle of a project and introduces the concept of inputs, processes and outputs for project management.

Three assignments 30% group assignment 20%, individual assignment 50%
