Content
This unit builds on the knowledge gained in SRM181 through discussion of the tools, techniques and methodology employed in the project management process. There is a focus on project management tasks of monitoring and control to ensure successful delivery and to meet client requirements.
Assessment
Three assignments 30%, group assignment 20%, individual assignment 50%
