Content
This unit builds on the knowledge gained in SRM181 and SRM281. There is a focus on the project management tasks of problem solving, adjustments and negotiation to ensure successful project delivery and to meet client requirements. Project management in practice is investigated to provide an understanding of benchmark performance and innovation in the project management for construction activities.
Assessment
Three assignments 30%, group assignment 20%, individual assignment 50%
