Authorised Deakin representatives need to also complete and attach an Application checklist for representatives (221 KB), along with the usual student applications forms, for all applicants to any on-campus award and packaged courses.

Accepting your offer

If you are a student from an Assessment Level 3 and 4 country, you must also attach a completed Country assessment levels 3 and 4 checklist (257 KB), when you accept your offer, along with the Offer Acceptance and Payment of Fees Form (153 KB), and provide requested evidence so that Deakin can issue you an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE).
