Direct Entry English for Academic Purposes (EAP)

Deakin University English Language Institute (DUELI) is proud to now offer its Direct Entry English for Academic Purposes (EAP) pathway program on Deakin University Geelong Campus at Waurn Ponds.

DUELI EAP Pathways programs in Geelong:

EAP 1 (prerequisite: IELTS 4.5 no bands lower than 4.5 or equivalent)

EAP 2 (prerequisite: IELTS 5.0 no bands lower than 5.0 or EAP 2 with a score of 60%)

The DUELI Geelong Direct Entry EAP 1 and 2 pathway program provides a direct entry to the MIBT Diploma programs that will taught on Deakin University's beautiful Geelong Campus at Waurn Ponds (G).

EAP 3 (prerequisite: ELTS 5.5 no band lower than 5.0, EAP 2 with a score of 60%)

The DUELI Geelong Direct Entry EAP 3 pathway program provides a direct entry to following Deakin undergraduate award courses that are taught on Deakin University's Geelong Waterfront Campus (F) and Geelong Campus at Waurn Ponds (G):

To apply for a Direct Entry EAP pathway program to meet the English language requirements for the Diploma at MIBT program you need to:

1. Contact MIBT directly. MIBT will arrange for a packaged offer your EAP program at DUELI the Diploma of Engineering program at MIBT and the Deakin University Bachelor of Engineering at Deakin.
2. Include evidence of your English language proficiency. You need to have an IELTS score of 4.5 (no band score lower that 4.5) to enrol in EAP 1 in Geelong.
3. If you have a lower level of English DUELI offers a wide range of English language programs to meet your needs on the Melbourne Campus at Burwood. Further information is available from the international web site
4. You can apply directly through a Deakin representative.

To apply for a Direct Entry EAP pathway program to meet the English language requirements for an award course at Deakin University in Geelong you will need to:
