  1. How do I accept my offer to study at Deakin?

To accept your offer, you will need to complete and return your Offer Acceptance form as well as pay all relevant fees. Once we have received the form and your payment, we will issue you with an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) that will enable you to apply for a student visa.

  2. When should I plan to arrive?

All international students arriving to commence their studies at Deakin are required to undergo an International Orientation and Enrolment program before the start of their courses. The Orientation and Enrolment program is an important event to help students settle into Deakin quickly, while allowing them to finalise their enrolment.

Faculty of Business and Law students intending to apply for advanced standing (credit transfer) will need to have their applications finalised before their enrolment. As such, they will have to arrive before the commencement of the orientation program.

In addition, if you intend to look for off-campus housing, you should plan to arrive at least two weeks before Orientation to give yourself enough time to look for suitable accommodation.
