Thinking of starting, transferring or returning to study?

Deakin's non-school leaver information evening is relevant if you are: 

  • a current TAFE student or graduate
  • a current independent training provider student or graduate
  • in the workforce
  • currently studying at another university
  • taking a break from study/work to attend to other responsibilities
  • taking a GAP year
  • looking to enhance or change your career
  • current TAFE student or graduate

It's never too late to enhance your knowledge, develop your skills or increase your career prospects. Deakin offers a broad range of courses utilising quality teaching materials with the latest technologies, that are relevant, practical and provide high-level skills that are in demand in today’s workplace.

General presentation:

The information evening will commence with a presentation outlining: 

  • credit for prior learning
  • how to apply
  • Deakin's support services
  • flexible study options

Study Area information sessions and exhibition:

There will also be a number of sessions covering a variety of study areas and an exhibition which will allow you to interact with faculty representatives, career advisors and find out about the support services offered at Deakin.

A light supper will also be provided.
