Online teaching and learning

Deakin has many years' experience using online technologies to support and enhance the learning experience of on-campus and distance education students. Deakin Studies Online is the university-wide learning management system that facilitates all the technology.

All units taught at Deakin University have at least a basic online component with facilities for information, resources and communication. All students commencing undergraduate degrees now complete at least one wholly online unit.

Support for online teaching and learning is provided by the Institute of Teaching and Learning and the faculties.
