Online Application form - Domestic and International
The following online application form can be used to apply for higher degrees by research candidature and scholarship at Deakin for Domestic and International students. (Excluding the Doctor of Psychology programs please see below).
All questions must be answered and all required documents must be attached before submitting. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
All online applications must be supported by two referee reports (these must be forwarded to your referees to complete)

New Applications for candidature and scholarship, or candidature only
Current candidates applying for scholarship only
If you are an existing Deakin higher degree candidate applying for scholarship only, please do not complete this form. Please email the HDR Scholarships Officer at research-scholarships@deakin.edu.au indicating you wish to be considered for the next scholarship round, and your original application will be used. If you have any awards, publications or other experience that have been acquired since the original application (excluding requirements of candidature such as colloquium or upgrades to candidature), please attach those to the email.
Doctor of Psychology
Online applications are not available for Doctor of Psychology. Please note that this course has only one yearly intake with applications closing on 31 October each year
If you wish to apply for the Doctor of Psychology (Clinical, Forensic or Health streams), application packs are not available year-round.
