Please note that these Deakin will only accept referee reports in the Deakin format, these reports are confidential and should be sent by your referees directly to the email address indicated on the form.
If you wish to send us other materials with your application which are too big to attach, please add a document with a link to where these items are stored online, with a description of what they are and their purpose in your application. If the item cannot be digitised, we do not recommend you submit it. If you still wish to do so, you must attach a signed disclaimer that Deakin is not responsible or liable for the items if they are misplaced. We have unfortunately had items go missing in the internal and external mail and can no longer accept liability for them.
