Dr Gilbert Davis Trust Award

The Dr Gilbert Davis Trust Award assists commencing medicine students with the costs associated with tertiary study.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this award you must be:

• an Australian citizen or holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa
• a commencing student enrolled full time in the Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery in a Commonwealth supported place

Selection criteria

Academic excellence once you have confirmed that you are in receipt of a means tested Centrelink benefit or can demonstrate that you have a personal or family taxable income below the HECS repayment threshold, depending on independence status.
