If you are a high-achieving IB graduate in 2012, consider applying for the Deakin University International Baccalaureate (IB) Excellence Scholarship. This scholarship aims to demonstrate Deakin’s commitment to continuing education and the awarding of scholarships for academic excellence.

Cash payment up to $5000 per year plus academic mentor support.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship you must be:
- an Australian citizen or holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa
- a future student enrolled in an undergraduate course at Deakin University, who completed an IB diploma in 2012.
Selection criteria
Awarded to the student with the highest IB diploma score from 2012.
How to apply
VTAC course applicants will automatically be considered for this scholarship. A separate application form is not required.
Closing date
Based on the VTAC course application date.
Timely applications close 28 September 2012.
