The Dr Menzie and Margaret Lipson Scholarship aims to assist a rural or regional student undertaking Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering experiencing financial hardship with the costs associated with studying.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship you must be:
- an Australian citizen or holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa
- a commencing student enrolled full time in a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering (or relevant combined degree) at the Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus in a Commonwealth supported place
- rural or regional home location
- able to demonstrate you are in receipt of a means-tested Centrelink benefit or have a personal or family taxable income below the HECS-HELP repayment threshold, depending on independence status.
Selection criteria
Your application will be assessed and ranked based on the information you provide in your application and supporting documentation.
