Eligibility
To be eligible for this award you must be:

an Australian citizen or holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa

a commencing student enrolled full time in an undergraduate course at the Warrnambool Campus in a Commonwealth supported place

a resident of the Moyne Shire Council
- able to demonstrate you are in receipt of a means-tested Centrelink benefit or have a personal or family taxable income below the HECS repayment threshold, depending on independence status.
Selection criteria
Your application will be assessed and ranked based on the information you provide in your application and supporting documentation.
