 GAS  graduate attributes survey
 GAR  Graduand Record Entry - is a history of a students record, listing the course in which they are enrolled and the units and their results.  This report is used by faculties to confirm the status of students eligibility for their award.
 GATE  Global Alliance for Transnational Education

 .gif  The file extension ‘.gif’ indicates that an image has been saved in the graphics interchange format.This is a bit-mapped graphics file format used extensively on the web that supports 256 colour and various resolutions.The gif format, with its limited range of colours, is more effective for line drawings or illustrations rather than colour photos.
 GradSearch  GradSearch is an online qualification verification tool that provides Deakin graduates, and potential employers of Deakin graduates, with the ability to verify their Deakin qualifications online and instantaneously.

 Guaranteed Transfer  If an Australian fee-paying student has completed a minimum of 8 credit points (equivalent of one year full-time study), and achieved a weighted average mark of 65 in the last 8 credit points, they will be guaranteed a transfer from a FPP to a CSP
