Romp & ChompThe Romp & Chomp project focuses on helping Geelong families with children 0-5 years lead healthy active lives. Romp & Chomp assists with promoting healthy eating, active play and drinks messages for early childhood staff with supportive policies in early childhood services, training for staff, education resources and social marketing messages.
The Romp & Chomp family is a role model family to encourage all families with children 0-5 years to include daily active play and healthy eating habits in their lifestyle.
The Romp & Chomp family characters will be used to promote all key messages to parents and children under 5 years for the remainder of the social marketing campaign.
The Romp & Chomp family have been designed with graphic design and marketing expertise to target children under 5 and their parents. Once people identify with the Romp & Chomp family then key messages can be promoted utilising the family. For example, with active play parents will be targeted with support messages about possible paths of action to increase active play opportunities for children under 5.
