Role and profile
Dr Sandrine Lioret is an epidemiologist and research fellow working in the Centre for Physical Activity and Nutrition Research (C-PAN) within the School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences. Dr Lioret holds a Deakin University Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Fellowship. The overall aims of her work are to assess nutrition in infancy and childhood and to investigate ways in which the family and the home environments predict children’s dietary and weight trajectories.

• Socioeconomic and behavioral risk factors of childhood overweight, including dietary intake, physical activity and sedentary behaviour
• Elements of the family environment that impact children eating behaviours
• Assessment of dietary patterns in children
